Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@islero.net with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@islero.net with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@islero.net within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary
